Join the Registry
Artists interested in joining the VSA Ohio Registry must complete an application process and submit a number of documents. Necessary documents and a description of the application process are outlined below. If you need assistance completing this process or would like to receive a copy of a document in an alternative format, contact VSA Ohio at 614-241-5325.
Completed applications
should include the following items:

- A completed hard copy with original signature must be mailed to VSA Ohio
Artist Registry Policies (Not currently available - email registry@vsao.org)
- A hard copy with original signature must be mailed to VSA Ohio
Documents and Pictures
(Email these to registry@vsao.org OR mail them on CD to VSA Ohio)
- Digital picture of the artist (JPEG, GIF or PNG preferred)
- Biographical / Artist statement (100-300 words)
- Artistic resume / experience (Word or PDF preferred)
- One (1) to six (6) digital pictures of representative work of the artist or the artist working (JPEG, GIF or PNG preferred)
- for each image of art submitted, include this information:
date created, medium, and physical size

Send hard copies and CDs (if applicable) to our office address, found on the contact page.
Artists joining the registry agree to release their submitted images and other documents for free use by VSA Ohio on its website.
